It is my great honor to organize the International Conference on Catalysis and Fine Chemicals (C&FC2026) in conjunction with the Institute of Advanced Studies (IAS) Frontiers Conference on Catalysis, scheduled for December 6-9, 2026, in Singapore. This global forum brings together leading scientists, researchers, and industry experts to exchange knowledge, present cutting-edge research, and explore new frontiers in catalysis, fine chemicals, and sustainable processes. The conference aims to foster international collaboration, encourage interdisciplinary dialogue, and showcase innovative strategies that address both fundamental challenges and industrial applications in the area. The projected fields to be covered are homogeneous and heterogeneous catalysis, organic, organometallic, inorganic, bioinorganic, and polymer chemistry.   

Since the first C&FC was held in Tokyo in 2001, the symposium has been successfully held in Hong Kong (2nd, 2004), Singapore (3rd, 2007), Seoul (4th, 2009), Nara (5th, 2011), Beijing (6th, 2013), Taipei (7th, 2016), Bangkok (8th, 2018), and Tokyo (9th, 2023). The 2026 conference will mark a significant milestone as we gather in Singapore to celebrate the 10th anniversary. Through oral lectures and poster sessions, as well as networking events, we hope to create an inspiring environment that stimulates new ideas and partnerships. We will also celebrate outstanding research contributions with the best presentation and poster awards.
